It provides the students with a detailed overview of the research opportunities, available resources, and the administrative processes they will need to navigate. By providing a thorough introduction to the campus and its offerings, ICS helps students lay a strong foundation for their future success.
Foreign Students' Orientation
Each year, a significant number of international students enroll in various branches and departments at NITR. Recognizing the unique challenges these students face, the Institute Counseling Services (ICS) believes a special orientation program is essential to bridge cultural and academic gaps. This session fosters a supportive community and encourages connections among students from diverse backgrounds. The orientation focuses on cultural adjustment, academic expectations, and support services, helping international students feel more at home. ICS invites senior international students to share their experiences and offer valuable advice. These seniors provide insights on managing academic life and integrating into the campus community, helping new students avoid common challenges and make the most of their time at NITR.
